Daily stretching of the foot and calf muscles can help decrease the amount of tension in the plantar fascia and aid in recovery. Regular gentle stretching is the key as opposed to longer, infrequent stretching sessions. Perform these exercises two times a day minimum, repeating each exercise 2-4 times. 

Start slowly and gently, and build up over time. If pain persists or worsens, consult a podiatrist.

Daytime On-the-go 

When out and about, wear our Plantar Fasciitis Orthotics to keep you supported all day long. Our unique Plantar Fasciitis orthotics support the width of the Plantar Fascia to reduce pain, cradle tender heels, and absorb shock. Must be worn in shoes. 

Daytime at Home

Evening Exercise

For an evening exercise, roll out Therapeutic Massage Ball under your arch and heel for 10-20 minutes several times a day to help relieve pain and promote healing. Use barefoot for best results.
