Suggested use
Mix 2 scoops with 8-10 ounces (250-300 ml) of cold water. Contains 160 mg caffeine per scoop. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. Caffeine sensitive individuals should start with 1 scoop to assess their tolerance.
