Suggested use
In a shaker, mix 1 scoop in 16 oz. (2 cups) of ice-cold water. Increase or decrease water to adjust intensity. Take before training.
New users should assess tolerance with 1/2 scoop daily before leveling up to 1 scoop.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Not for use by individuals 18 years of age or younger. Consult a physician prior to use. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, have any pre-existing medical condition or are taking any medication. May cause a flushing and tingling sensation of the skin; this is normal and temporary. This product contains 320 mg of caffeine per serving (about as much as 3 cups of coffee). Do not use with any other stimulants (like caffeine). Consult a doctor for use beyond 8 weeks. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience any symptoms. Stay adequately hydrated. Do not use if safety seal is broken.
Shake contents before use. If clumping occurs, place in freezer overnight. Store in a cool, dry place. Product is sold by weight, not volume. Values are approximate due to changes in density from settling and/or humidity.
