on the box it says 1 capsule daily?
Yes. Take with food. I have taken this for 40 plus years. Only I usually take 3-4 daily. Most canÂ’t do that, unless you have built up to it. But always have to take with food. I healed a stomach ulcer with it with golden seal, but I will tell you, for 20 minutes each day for months I was in horrid pain. Then when pain went away, it was wonderful. Then pain subsided, ulcer healed, and I have maintained ever since.
