Suggested use
1 scoop - Mixed with favorite beverage 6 oz. - Shake well
Add 1 scoop with 6 ounces of cold water or your favorite beverage to a shaker cup or blender and mix for 25-30 seconds. Vary the amount of liquid to meet your desired taste and consistency. Using nonfat milk instead of water will give you a thicker, creamier shake.

Flavoring (natural and artificial flavor 550 mg, xanthan gum 210 mg, salt 150 mg, citric acid 150 mg, sucralose 90 mg, acesulfame potassium 75 mg, malic acid 75 mg. Color (beta carotene 60 mg, beet powder 32 mg).
