Why Valerian Root 500 mg capsules have very bad stinky smell? Is this normal with this product?
yes but once u swallow the capsule u don't smell or taste it. when I wake up at 2am I take it & it allows me to fall back into a deep sleep. no after affect either
I have taken it for 4 days before bed time and it does not help at all. Is it possible to increase a dosage to 3 capsules?
