Aquamin is a bioavailable, multi-mineral complex from marine red algae. Aquamin is an excellent source of calcium, a good source of magnesium, and has more than 70 additional trace minerals. Research indicates that it may support proper bone mineralization, and may regulate key factors involved in the normal immune response to typical, everyday joint usage. In clinical studies Aquamin is shown to help support joint comfort and mobility. A vegetarian-friendly vitamin D-2 is added to this formula to further support bone health.
