The olive tree (Olea europaea) has been an integral part of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cultures for millennia. How many mg (if any) of hydroxytyrosol does this have?
Olive leaf extract naturally contains hydroxytyrosol, but NOW doesn't have it anywhere how much is in the olive leaf extract capsules. There are companies supposedly that will list the exact percent they have in their capsules like Olea25, but I've never tried it. I do use these NOW capsules though.
Is it okay for kids and teens to take this? Thanks.
