Has anyone tried this and noticed a difference in their eczema? what was your daily dosage?
Sorry I took this to support a lack of histamine. I did have eczema though, and it completely resolved when I stopped eating dairy, especially butter. I had quit everything but butter and the eczema was advancing. I decided to stop butter and within a week it was gone! It has never come back. I continue to avoid butter, but I can tolerate a little on rare occasions. Find the food that you cant give up and stop it for one week. See what happens.
