I dont understand why in ingredients Calcium and Fossilized Coral Calcium are separate. Are they the same or different? Is it the same calcium? And another question how many mg of Magnesium should I take with this amount of calcium
Coral calcium is easier for the body to assimilate and it contains 72 trace minerals (approx.) that other calcium's do not . whenever you take calcium , you should take at least 50% of that amount in magnesium ( 1000cal /500mag) magnesium is extremely important to the body. Most people are deficient of this important mineral.
