for how long should I be taking it?
Hello, this is a very natural product which has enormous health benefits! Many people across multiple cultures use the black seeds in everyday cooking so it's absolutely safe (and highly beneficial) to take long term - there have been multiple studies which show taking Black Cumin Seed supplements with raw honey (dosage black seed 40mg/kg/day plus raw honey 1g/kg/day and up to 80mg/kg/day of black seed when sick) can bring RAPID healing of viruses - even if just used alone without any other supplements like Vitamin C and Magnesium and Vitamin D. My son just had a horrible case of the latest nasty virus that's doing the world rounds - and he was hugely improved after 3 days taking this - after 5 days was completely healed and feeling totally well. So I HIGHLY recommend taking it long term for building up your immunity - and if you do get sick, taking the dosage as mentioned will aid in rapid recovery. Hope this helps!
