Suggested use
For adults, take one (1) fast dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. This product is intended for short term, occasional use only. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 tablet. Do not exceed recommended dosage of 1 tablet per day. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
