Suggested use

For adults, take one (1) rapid release liquid softgel 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness.

Sunflower oil and/or safflower oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin, yellow beeswax, sunflower lecithin, titanium dioxide color. 

No gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, preservatives. 

Warnings

If any adverse reactions occur, immediately stop using this product and consult your doctor. Do not drive, operate machinery or consume alcohol when taking this product.
