Does it contain specifically Monacolin-k? Because in the US I heard the owner of Lovastatin launched a case and FDA disapproved Red Rice products with this particular Monacolin.
unknown - BUT - taking these 1 AM and 1 PM did SIGNIFICANTLY reduce my LDL numbers over a 4-6 week time frame. this is a very good product and I highly recommend it.
