Suggested use
As a dietary supplement:
- For daily maintenance: Adults and children over 12 years of age; take two (2) teaspoons daily. Children 6-12 years of age, take one (1) teaspoon daily.

The 8 ounce I just received was a plastic bottle. I had previously ordered the 4 ounce and the one I received was in a glass bottle.
