Since Vit D3 in the form of a tablet is not absorbed by the body well as compared to a capsule hence I am doubtful of the efficacy of the product.
it's AMAZING!! i just did a blood test a week ago after taking these pills for months and my vitamin D was perfect! even my doctor asked me if i had taken any vitamin D pills for it! he told me ain't no way your vitamin D is naturally this perfect!!. now i'm buying this product AGAIN for my family too!
