Suggested Use
Take 1 serving (3 caplets) with water 2 times daily. Take each serving 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 largest meals of the day (e.g. breakfast and lunch). Do not exceed 6 caplets in a 24-hour period. For best results, use for 60 days in combinantion with diet and training.
Other Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, coating (titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, talc), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.
