Suggested use
Wash hands thoroughly before use. Apply a small pea-sized amount of gel to a clean, dry pacifier and let baby consume slowly, or apply to your fingertip and administer to inside of cheek. Do not exceed recommended serving size. Do not administer to infants younger than 2 months old.
Usage Guide:

Warnings
Do not exceed recommended daily servings. Some infants may be sensitive/allergic to new foods. Always consult your pediatrician before administering this or any supplement. Not recommended for infants with any diagnosed medical condition, except under a doctor's supervision. When using other Mommy's Bliss Baby Bedtime products do not use more than a combined total of 3 servings daily. Keep this and all supplements out of the reach of children.
