EAA Strong- Complete Full Spectrum Essential Amino Acid Complex
The proteins in our diets consist of 20 amino acids, but only 9 of them are essential - meaning they cannot be produced by the body and must be supplied in the diet or through supplementation. These 9 essential amino acids (EAAs) are critical for muscle growth, strength and recovery.
