Suggested use
Due to the strength of P.S.P. Pre-Workout please assess your tolerance by initially taking only 1 serving scoop with 6 oz of water 30 minutes prior to your workout. After assessing your tolerance, you may increase dosage to 2-3 scoops with 12-18 oz of cold water 30 minutes prior to your workout.
