As a dietary supplement, take 1/2 serving (4 capsules) twice daily, preferably with food. Consume the first 1/2 serving in the morning and the second 1/2 serving in the evening. Do not exceed 8 capsules daily. For best results combine with a proper nutrition and training program.

This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy, adult men, 18 years of age or older. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.
