Suggested use
On Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 6-10oz of cold water or juice 30-40 minutes prior to training.
Non-Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 6-10oz of cold water or juice.
Note: For added physical endurance, muscular pumps, and increased strength, add 1 serving of C.G.P. to any pre-workout supplement or other Metabolic Nutrition products to further enhance desired results.
