Over 40® is a comprehensive nutritional supplement designed for the special needs of adults. In addition, Over 40 contains essential vitamins, minerals and proteins, a blend of vegetable grain and fruit fibers plus four important enzymes.
Directions
Mix and dissolve 2 heaping tablespoons in a shaker or blender with 8 ounces of milk, water or juice (orange, apple, pineapple, etc). Regular daily use is important for maximum benefits. Over 40, is unflavored but has a pleasant, creamy taste and texture.
