Suggested Use
Glass
Fill glass with 6-8 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Add 1 scoop of LeanPro8, and mix with a spoon.
Shaker
Fill shaker with 6-8 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Add 1 scoop of LeanPro8. Cover and shake.
Blender
Fill blender with 6-8 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Add a handful of ice cubes and 1 scoop of LeanPro8. Cover and Blend.
