Kirkman offers the single strain Saccharomyces Boulardii (S. boulardii), a special yeast with probiotic effectiveness.
S. boulardii is a non-pathogenic, non-colonizing baker's yeast species that is closely related to brewerÂ’s yeast, known as S. cervesiae. It is not related to the Candida species (Candida albicans, tropicals, etc.), which can cause pathogenic infections in the gastrointestinal (GI) and genitourinary tracts.
S. boulardii is a unique probiotic that survives gastric acidity, is not adversely affected or inhibited by antibiotics and does not alter or adversely affect the normal flora in the bowel. For this reason, "friendly" probiotic organisms (including Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) can be taken at the same time as S. boulardii.

Suggested use
Take one capsule daily on an empty stomach or as directed by a physician.
Warnings
Refrigerate after opening. Keep bottle tightly capped.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not remove the desiccant bag or oxygen absorber if present.
