Suggested use
(Adult) Take three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels with a full glass (8oz) of water 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime to promote relaxation in preparation for restorative sleep.
Other ingredients
Gelatin, purified water, glycerin, beeswax, sunflower lecithin, dextrin, maltodextrin, titanium dioxide (color), silicon dioxide, riboflavin (color), turmeric (color) and sodium copper chlorophyllin (color).
