Use under medica supervision.

1. Empty the contents of one packet into 7 fl oz fresh cold drinking water. Stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved.
2. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist,
3. Discard unused solution after 6 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.

Consult your doctor promptly if vomiting or diarrhea continues for more than: 12 hours in children under 3 years or 24 hours in children 3 years to adults.
