Suggested use
Start with 1 teaspoon per day, and increase gradually over two weeks to suggested use of 1 tablespoon per day. Mix into structured water (preferably chilled), fresh vegetable/ fruit juices, blended in a smoothie, or sprinkled on/or mixed with foods. Vitamineral Green is a food. If you experience temporary beneficial cleansing reactions that you find undesirable (such as loose bowels), reduce amount used to I teaspoon or less, and then increase over several days to one serving per day. Refrigeration is not required.
Suggested Adjuncts: A whole-food, organic, vegan diet with emphasis on fresh raw foods and other supportive products such as Truly Natural Vitamin C, Liver Rescue, SCRAM, Friendly Force, MycoForce, Earth Broth (unique superfood complex) and; inspired movement; and everything else healthful and joyful!
