Suggested Use
Start with one teaspoon (a partial serving) and work up to one level tablespoons per day. Drink with 8-16 ounces of water (preferably purified) or juice (ideally fresh). Lots of fluids are important due to the drawing nature of this formula. If more powerful bowel moving action is required, or you have a sluggish bowel, use with Intestinal Movement Formula. This product is not intended for long-term continuous use or for pregnant/nursing women or children under six.
Suggested Adjuncts: Intestinal Movement Formula, Scram, Vitamineral Green, Vitamineral Earth, and Liver Rescue: a whole foods, plant based, high fiber, organic Vegan diet with emphasis on fresh, high-water-content foods; fresh vegetable juices.

Warnings
Important Note: Do not take Intestinal Drawing Formula at the same time as other foods or supplements. Doing so will result in them being drawn into the formula, thereby lessening the products effects, as well as the effects of anything else you may be eating or taking. Take Intestinal Drawing Formula approximately 45 minutes before or 1-1/2 hours after meals and other nutritional products.
This is a powerful product and may cause strong detoxification. We recommended starting on day one with one teaspoon and working your way up over a few days to the recommended amounts.
