We soak and germinate our organic raw almonds which removes the phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors that are naturally present in nuts and seeds. The almonds are then dried and ground at temperatures around 108?. The result is a light and sweet tasting almond butter, which is enzyme-rich, nutrient-dense and easily digested.
