Suggested use
Mix two (2) scoops (70 g) with 10-12 fl. oz of cold water, coconut milk, almond milk, or your favorite beverage. Additional servings may be used to meet your daily protein requirements.
Shake it! Shake one serving in 1 1/2 cups (12 fl. oz) ice-cold water, or a non-dairy beverage after your workout.
Blend it! Blend one serving into your favorite smoothie.
Bake it! Mix in with your favorite whole grain muffin or pancake mix for a delicious healthy snack.
