Can I use it without having deficiency
yes you can. it is just a supplement, to support your to maintain healthy levels. If you had any vitamin B deficiency, you you would need more than this amount. ( also to address the cause why you had the deficiency.) Also vitamin B water soluble , which means if your body don't use it, the excess will be eliminate out of the body; it will not be stored.
I have too much iron in my body. Will this product increase iron intake?
