Sift 1/2 - 1 tsp. of matcha powder into bowl. Add 2 oz. of nearly boiling water while whisking in a "w" shape pattern until a fine froth appears.

For maximum freshness, store matcha in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place for up to six months after opening.
