The evolution of our sprouted crisps.
We begin this unique process by soaking a variety of organic, omega-3 dense seeds in filtered water. Soaking the seeds starts the process of germination (sprouting), and in doing so increases the nutritional value while making the seeds easier to consume and digest.
As the seeds continue to sprout we add in our sweet blend of blackstrap molasses and ginger. We then gently dehydrate the mixture at a very low temperature.
This intricate, small-batch method preserves the vital living enzymes and essential nutrients while creating a crunchy, sweet, and wholesome snack!
