Does anyone know where the 13g of sugar comes from? Is it high fructose corn syrup or what is it? Is it the natural sugar from the fruit?
The fruit is naturally sweet. But it is dried, so its even sweeter because there is no/very low water content. There is no added sugar. These are just yummy little berries. Think of raisins, they are much sweeter than grapes. Thats exactly how these are!
Are these crunchy or soft? Some dried white mulberries are crunchy, some are very soft...
