Care Instructions: Use a damp cloth to wipe down. Do not machine wash, do not bleach, do not dry clean. Do not iron. 

Cold Therapy Instructions:

1. Please contact your med professional to make sure cold treatment is suitable for your condition.
2. Keep compress inside the supplied bag and store or place in freezer or fridge for 2 hours or more depending on your desired temp.
3. Remove it from the bag, use the strap to go through the buckles and fasten on the intended therapy area.
4. Recommended use time: 15-20 minutes. 

Warm Compress Instructions: 

1. Please contact your med professional to make sure warm treatment is suitable for your condition.
2. Remove compress from the supplied bag, microwave for 30 seconds, and test for comfort.
3. If the compress is not warm enough reheat for an additional 10 seconds at a time to not overheat the compress.
4. DO NOT over heat the compress as it may cause damage to the user or the compress.
5. Test for temperature compress should be WARM, not HOT.
6. Put the compress over the intended treatment area the same way as cold use instruction.
7. Apply for 15-20 minutes or as instructed by a med professional.
