How it works:

1. The Swirl Stream Tip's interior walls produce a gentle swirl stream for an effective large volume, low pressure nasal rinse.

2. The Syringe Delivery System allows maximum control over the pressure and duration of rinse, protecting against backflow if user slows down or stops during rinse.

3. Easily prepare the Saline Rinse Solution in a mixing bowl and fill syringe. Use one full syringe per nostril.

Wash before initial use with warm, soapy water. Rinse and allow to dry completely before using. Repeat between uses. Store in a cool, dry place. With clean hands, fill a bowl with 8 oz (236 mL) of lukewarm distilled or cooled boiled water. Do not use hot or boiling water. Open 1 packet, empty into water and stir to create the saline rinse solution. Place the plastic tip onto the syringe and turn clockwise to tighten. To fill the syringe with fluid, first depress the plunger to expel all air. Place the tip of the syringe into the saline rinse and pull the plunger up to fill the syringe with fluid. Stand or sit over a sink. Open your mouth and press the tip against nostril (tip must seal nostril to prevent fluid from leaking during rinse). Slowly push up on the syringe plunger to push the saline up into the nostril. Continue to push plunger up until the solution is depleted and starts to drain from your mouth or other nostril. Breathe normally through the mouth during the rinse, but do not swallow. If needed, repeat process before irrigating the other nostril. Repeat for the other nostril. Gently blow your nose. To prevent putting too much pressure on the eardrums, Do not block nasal passages completely. Discard all remaining solution. 

This product contains small parts that pose a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children. Product should only be used by those who can understand and follow all instructions. Do not use hot or boiling water. Risk of bacterial contamination will be seen if proper cleaning instructions are not followed. Never use the syringe to irrigate nose without tip attached. Do not use product more than twice per day. If, in relation to the use of Nasal Irrigators, a death or a serious deterioration of health has occurred, this should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of your country. 

Contraindicated: Patients who have blocked ears, ear infection, completely blocked nasal passages or the patients who had an ear surgery are contraindicated.
