Suggested use
As a food supplement, take 4 tablets on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings
Not for use by those with pre-existing medical conditions or taking any medications, not for use by women, do not use if you are pregnant, nursing or contemplating pregnancy. Keep out of reach of all children. Use for a maximum of 12 weeks, then take a 4-week break before beginning use again. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
