For body, mind & balance. This balancing cream was developed in 1978 as the first of its kind. Packed with 450 mg of USP progesterone per ounce (20 mg per 1/4 teaspoon).
Our progesterone comes from the Mexican Wild Yam and is converted to pure usp Progesterone (meeting the standards of the United States Pharmacopeia for strength, purity and quality).

Suggested use
Use only as directed. Apply once daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Dispense cream into palm of hand and rub onto chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotating area each time. Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of the month.

Approximately how many doses do you get from this 4 oz tube? Or, put another way, how long does a 4 oz tube last?
Hi, I use a petit pois sized amount each night and the 4 oz lasts appprox 4-6 months. This stuff is fantastic, I experienced huge reduction in severe endometriosis symptoms for years and of late it has certainly helped me breeze through menopause - compared to friends. Its great product in every way - for me. I wouldn't want to do without it that's for sure. Hope that helps :)
What are the specific instructions for application? Most natural progesterone creams are very specific abour usage for perimenopausal and post menopausal women. These instuctions say « just apply « in a offhand way. The reason im interested in this brand is because its recomended by Dr john . R. Lee.
