Suggested use

For Occasional Use Only: 1 to 2 capsules taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take for no more than 7 days continuously 

Short-Term Cleansing Program: As part of a 14-day cleanse cycle, take 1 to 2 capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to 7 days or as directed by a healthcare professional. On days 8 through 14, continue by consuming additional fiber and water throughout the day. Do not repeat cleansing program for at least 6 to 8 weeks. If it is your first time taking this product, start with 1 capsule for the first 4 days.

Other ingredients

Gelatin (bovine), vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and rice flour.

Warnings

This product should be consumed with at least a full glass of liquid. Consuming this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not consume this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain, diarrhea or loose stools. This product may cause digestive irritability, upset stomach, or nausea. Rectal bleeding, abdominal cramping, and / or failure to have a bowel movement after the use of a laxative formula may be an indication of a more serious condition. Should you experience these symptoms, light-headedness, rapid heart rate, or shortness of breath, discontinue use and consult a physician. If you have a known medical condition or are taking medication, consult your physician prior to taking this or any dietary supplement.
