Suggested Use
How to brew a great cup of Organic Sencha Green Tea:
- Place one (1) teaspoon (1.5 g) of tea into Dr. Mercola's Tea Infuser and place infuser over rim of mug.
- Pour not quite boiling water over tea leaves to fully saturate and fill up mug.
- Steep for 3 to 4 minutes, carefully remove Tea Infuser, and enjoy. Green tea can go bitter if steeped too long, so tea bag should be removed promptly once desired flavor is reached.
