Directions

Prime the pump by twisting pen until half a pea-sized amount of gel appears (10-20 twists). Smile wide, dry visible teeth with tissue. Keep lips away from teeth. Evenly spread gel across teeth. Using firm pressure, rub the gel onto each tooth for 4-5 seconds. It is completely safe if swallowed no need to rinse. For best results, repeat 2-3 times a day to maintain optimal whitening results. Product is safe for continued use.
