Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, for adults and children above 12, take 2-3 capsules 1-2 times daily. For children age 6 to 12, take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily. Take after breakfast or lunch. Open the capsules and mix the powder with foods or drinks for easier consumption.
