C4 - Cellucor, Super Shred, Fat Burner, 60 Capsules

Take 2 capsules daily with water or a meal. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. For best results take for at least 8-weeks in conjunction with an effective exercise training program and reduced calorie diet.
