Bob's Red Mill Hard White Wheat Berries come from a new variety of wheat that is gaining popularity across the country because of its naturally mild taste. It is slightly sweeter and golden tan in color compared to traditional red wheat. If you are looking for all the health giving benefits of a sweeter, milder tasting wheat berry, and Hard White Wheat is for you.

Suggested Use
Basic Cooking Instructions:
1 3/4 cups Water
1/2 cup rinsed Hard White Wheat Berries
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool or serve immediately.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
