Bob's Red Mill Dark Rye Flour is freshly ground and complete. It contains all the health-giving nutrients of the premium U.S. No. 1 Dark Rye from which it is ground - the germ, the oil and the fiber. Add rye to your baked goods today for its delicious and unmistakable flavor.

Rye Crackers
These crackers are far superior to any commercial brand cracker we have tasted. You are sure to love them.
- ½ cup Unbleached White Flour
- ½ cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Dark Rye Flour
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Whole Caraway Seeds
- 4 Tbsp Margarine or Butter
- 3 Tbsp Milk
Mix together dry ingredients and seeds. Work in margarine until fine. Stir in milk. Form into ball and roll out to 1/8-1/16 inch between waxed paper. Cut into desired shapes, prick with fork and transfer to ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 400° for 5-6 minutes until lightly browned on edges. Cool on rack. Store in airtight container.
Makes about 24 crackers.
