We combine heart-healthy whole wheat pastry flour, rolled oats, and high-fiber oat bran with sweet, chewy dates and robust walnuts for muffins that are not only moist and delicious but also good for your health. Baking Instructions
To make 12 extraordinary muffins, just mix 1 cup water, 1/2 cup molasses or honey, 1/4 cup oil, 1 egg and 2-3/4 cups of Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran Muffin Mix together. Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake 15 minutes at 400�F. For unique and delightfully moist muffins, add 1/4 cup applesauce, crushed pineapple or banana.
Other Ingredients
Whole wheat pastry flour, rolled oats, oat bran, dates, non-fat dry milk, walnuts, baking soda and baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch and monocalcium phosphate).
Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk.
