A deliciously smooth, high fiber cereal milled from the highest quality farm-fresh oats in the world. Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran Cereal is milled to contain a high concentration of the natural fiber found in oats.
Suggested Use
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen
To make a delightful breakfast cereal, add 1/4 tsp salt to 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Slowly stir 2/3 cup Oat Bran Cereal into the boiling water and cook for approximately 2 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
To Microwave: Combine the cereal, water and salt in a microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for about 2 minutes. Let stand in microwave 3 minutes. Makes enough for two.
Serve with milk and honey or better still, brown sugar. Add sliced fruit or nuts to make your cereal even more delicious and nutritious.
