Suggested use

Warnings

Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing. Store below 86ºF in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
