Sinupret Adult Strength Tablets are a safe and effective natural product supported by strong clinical studies to promote strong nasal passages and sinuses along with overall immune function. Suggested use
Adults 1 tablet three times daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Not to be taken by children under the age of twelve. Recommended for use from 7 up to 14 days or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Warnings
Do not take Sinupret Adult Strength if you are hypersensitive to one of the active ingredients or to any other ingredient of the product. At the first sign of a hypersensitivity reaction Sinupret Adult Strength must not be taken again. Patients with a sensitive stomach or known gastric disorders should take Sinupret Adult Strength preferably after meals.
Possible side effects: Discontinue use immediately and consult a health care practitioner if you experience any allergic reaction or gastrointestinal distress to this product.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women or women planning to become pregnant. Heart safe-does not contain stimulants, such as caffeine.

Is this need to take daily? Or once getting better can just maintain? How to maintain?
I do not think this is meant to be taken daily as a supplement. It is used when there is nasal congestion / excessive phlegm. Sinupret is herbal and has mucolytic properties. It is effective.
what you have now is the "L" size or the small tablets?
